Shipping and Payments Policy

Please note all orders are being packed in a clean & sanitised environment. Our packers are sanitising before and after each order packed. 

LOCAL PICK UP: With this option you can come in and collect your items that you have purchased in our store at 110 Soutpansberg Drive, Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton Park, Gauteng 1619. Our operating times are 10am - 6pm Tuesday - Friday and Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 10am-3pm. Please bring with you your order number and proof of payment if you have selected the EFT option.

FREE KEMP DELIVERY: Spend R500 or more and receive free local delivery. This implies to Kempton Park only. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: The cost here is currently R120 (MacCloud's Vapour management reserves the right to change this at any time due to price increase) Overnight Local delivery is for Johannesberg and surrounding areas 50km from Johannesburg CBD ie: Boksburg, Pretoria, Germiston, Edenvale, Etc. If you are unsure if your area fits into this category please contact us either by email or phone prior to placing your order. Also please note our current process is that we send you a tracking number once your order has been processed (allow a few hours for the courier company to update their system) Once you have this tracking number and it appears on "The Courier Guy" tracking service all communication regarding your package has to be direct to them as they have ownership of the package until signed off by yourself. Should you need to change details of delivery please arrange this with them directly.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY: Spend R800 or more and receive free local delivery. This implies to Gauteng only. 

Please note that all orders placed before 2:00pm will go out the same day once payment has been received if orders come in after 2:00 pm the order will go out the following day. (This does not mean delivered on the same day).


IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER R1500 FREE DELIVERY WILL AUTOMATICALLY APPLY ON CHECKOUT. PLEASE SELECT FREE DELIVERY OPTION. THIS APPLIES TO OVERNIGHT AND LOCAL OVERNIGHT DELIVERY ONLY AND NOT OUTLYING AREAS. IF YOU ARE OUTLYING AND HAVE CHOSEN THE FREE DELIVERY OPTION YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEE BEFORE YOUR PARCEL IS SHIPPED.

OUTLYING AREAS/NATIONAL DELIVERY: The cost here is currently R180 (MacCloud's Vapour management reserves the right to change this at any time due to price increase). If you are unsure if your area fits into this category please contact us either by email or phone prior to placing your order. National Delivery includes Durban, Capetown, Gqeberha, East London, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Etc. Also please note our current process is that we send you a tracking number once your order has been processed (allow a few hours for the courier company to update their system) Once you have this tracking number and it appears on "The Courier Guy" tracking service all communication regarding your package has to be direct to them as they have ownership of the package until signed off by yourself. Should you need to change details of delivery please arrange this with them directly. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SOME OUTLYING AREAS DUE TO THE REMOTENESS OF THE AREA. We make use of YOCO to handle our credit card transactions. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMS NOTIFICATIONS AS PROOF OF PAYMENT, WE ONLY ACCEPT PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT HAS COME DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BANK.

No proof of payment is need if you have used the online YOCO system.

CANCELLATION of orders due to non payment

All orders not paid for within 48 hours from purchase will be automatically deleted from our system and the stock will be put back up for sale. MacCloud's Vapour and its staff are not held liable should you not be able to purchase the items again should they then be sold. Please make sure to forward proof of payment to online.macclouds@gmail.com within that period to prevent loosing out on your purchase. Should you have paid for an item and proof of such and have not sent us the proof of payment and the order is automatically canceled on our system MacCloud's Vapour will refund you for the items and or send you the items if still in stock at our earliest convenience.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMS NOTIFICATIONS AS PROOF OF PAYMENT, WE ONLY ACCEPT PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT HAS COME DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BANK.
